For this Fort Myers residential property we excavated out the old, overgrown landscaping. We relocated the owners large, beautiful Pygmy Date Palm to a new part of the property since it had outgrown it’s old location. We added Foxtail Palms as a key feature looking out from the patio added a matching Pygmy Date Palm to the opposite corner of the patio where the original palm was relocated to for a symmetrical landscape plan. We supplied the customer with a 3 dimensional architectural landscape plan. Through the plan, together as a contractor client team we selected shrubs around the screen lanai that included Mammy Crotons, Dwarf Oleander, Green Island Ficus, Dwarf Bougainvillea, Indian Hawthorn Grass, all evenly and symmetrically placed. We topped off the new landscape beds with a fresh load of mulch.
