Project Description

These homeowners had the intention of putting their house up for sale and knew that giving the exterior property a face lift would attract more buyers.  Properties with improved curb appeal are said to sell for up to 20%  more than ones that are put on the market as is.  For this property we repaired and revamped the existing sprinkler system and added new plants to the landscape beds.  Finally we installed all new white rock to perfectly accent the stripe of the house.
